Some small issues with body, but have you checked the top engine torque mount? Looks weird!

My guess is the innards are gone. Capital hasn't allowed on-site inspection since Maryland went into lockdown; an old friend has been buying from them for close to forty years, and he thinks they'll stay with web-based auctions for good.
