I will follow this one closely, but just for grins. I pretty much decided that I won't buy another AWD Volvo, regardless of year and especially not in "get me a ticket" red :o

Not only has this thing knocked a hornets nest out of the tree, it is being Vigorously Kicked.
Lots of comments expressing concern that there are only four screws holding the data plate to the car.
Under bits look an awful lot like my '69, which of course was not a Jensen.

Good ol Jim. Still the most critical eye. Which is a great attribute for a buyer/seller of Volvos.
Help keep MVS on the web -> click sponsors' links here on MVS when you buy from them.

Also -> Amazon link
. Click that when you go to buy something on Amazon and MVS gets a cut!

He is really active on this listing as well. Links to several pics of his earlier projects.
He also seems to be behaving himself.

Jim has a comprehensive knowledge of autos about 100x more than most on the internet. He can be a bit crusty on the top though. I’ve stood in his garage and marveled at the auto racing history documented on the walls.

That red P1800 really gathered up some healthy “ discussion “ on what is a restoration vs original.

He was especially active on the other forums about "R" cars.
You're correct, though, he could defend his position with some vigor.
