Boneyard find H&R spring set 29958

I was at the bone yesterday and I noticed this spring set on a 94 850 turbo wagon. Does anyone else run this spring? I am replacing the suspension on my $400.00 96 850 2.4NA wagon. I would like a stiffer ride but not bone jarring. Any thoughts?

Those springs are specifically for sedans. If you're interested in selling them let me know

In the VW Forum people are using springs from a lighter but sportier car on a different heavier modeled car due to fitment and cost. If you do not use your wagon to haul I would check fitment and just install it and see how it drives. H & R are excellent from what I've read. With the progressive coils it compensates for the rough ride while increasing performance.

Couple months back I supervised the cutting of 4 springs on a P71 Crown Vic Interceptor. The coils allowed for cutting of any length as the bottom is flat so can be rotated to fit the top regardless where it is cut. The car was lowered, ride did not suffer much yet stiffer and still compliant over bumps.
