If I recall the wheels had only one center nut like on F1 cars for fast changes. So I don't think they are changeable to road car without modifying the hubs.

There were pictures recently of someone who had a copy of one of these 850's on MVS. Can't recall what wheel he had.

If you look at this link you will see no wheel bolts/nuts other than a center ring.

Hy Neil,

I didn't watch to this detail, you're right, just a "center" big bolt, apparently. I will look to your link. Thanks for yours explanations.

if one would try to copy that look I'd say Titan replicas in 18 inch and a massive drop would work.

Maybe I should start wrapping my T5M

Those wheels are just awesome. Anyone know what size they are?
Help keep MVS on the web -> click sponsors' links here on MVS when you buy from them.

Also -> Amazon link
. Click that when you go to buy something on Amazon and MVS gets a cut!

I think I read somewhere that they were 18 inch, but I'm not sure.

The story is they were supposed to crush all the cars after the 1995 season, but an in-house mutiny saved one example, and it's in the Mother Ship museum.
