is it hot there, mine played up but only in summer. When i got my new antenna i took apart the old one, the antenna wires de-solder themselves when its hot, allow it too cool down and it will work again.

, I tend to have electrical issues in the winter funnily enough.
My etm failure began in the winter months then became less of a problem during the summer (I had it reached last autumn as it started acting up again all the time) . Also I currently have a bad passenger lock which works in the summer above about 16 deg c and won't work if the temp is below that range
