Headlight Assy. removal on a 2002 volvo s60 T4

I need to remove and replace the drivers side headlight assy. Diagrams and and special tools required would be usefull. I have'nt been able to find this info on my own. Hope you folks can help. This is a U.S. model. Thanks

Welcome to Matthew's Volvo Site.

This is one of those jobs that Volvo have made too difficult. Tools are easy - screwdrivers and torx bits + an assistant. These are the VADIS instructions.

The alignment is best left to a shop with a beam setter.

On a P2 car you have to remove the bumper
