Volvo sells a grease for the back of the pads...if you use it and not the spray, you'll for almost certain get rid of the squeaks.

Only use products from Volvo to eliminate squeaks in your car, because if you use grease and sprays made by other products it will probably be less effective.
I'm lovin' my live with my car and its custom auto body parts.
