Evap System Leak and Torque Mount - 2000 S80 T6

We just bought our car this month, and 3 days after buying it the check engine light came on so we went to have it checked out at Autozone. They said that is has a "Evap system leak" and a Large one, so we brought it to the local Volvo dealer and when they ran it through, it showed it as being a Evap System leak Small. They cleaned something out and they were able to clear the error, but affter refilling on gas (I made sure the gas cap was nice, tight and closed and clikced 3 times) it came on saying that the gas cap was loose for about 1 minute and then the check again light came on again. How do I know if the problem is just the cap, or something else? Has anyone else had problems with this before?

And also, the Volvo mechanic said that the Upper Torque mount was broken, so that would be replaced.. along with the Timing belt and the tensioner. Anyone know anything about these either? Thanks!

You don't give your mileage...depending on miles, yes, your timing belt and tensioner should be done. In regards to your EVAP leak, it could be a number of things. They threw a new gas cap at it, but that isn't always the reason (though most common reason). Have them check the evap purge valve on your front radiator shroud and if that's not it, it could be the "j" hose near the gas fill hose or the larger charcoal cannister...but this last item rarely goes bad, though the hoses to it and from it could be leaking.
