It's quite a bit higher on my P2 NA..I want say almost 3000 rpm at 70 mph in 5th

Hey, wait …I’ve lost 200 rpm. Something tells me my new front tires might not be the same as previous, or I have a bad ECU, or maybe my pizza box is bad

That's normal, it's about 100 rpmpy (rpm/year). Monotonic, derivative < 0 but not constant. Until the crank spins backwards of course.
