Roof rail seal

Roof rail seal

The other day I noticed that the seal on my 94's roof rail is failing.
I this plastic strip available as a spare part?
Probably not, but still asking.
Will water leak inside the car through this?
Hopefully not, but still asking.

Is there any known fix or workaround?

There used to be an entire "sealing kit" available for
the whole roof. Don't know if it's still available...
'98 V70 R - Well Equipped for Life Up North... ;)

The clips should have a seal under them. If they are still good then it should not leak.
