Why did you run it over? Seems drastic.

Installed my Volvo mudflaps on the XC. These are about $45 bucks a pair from FCP and install in about an hour. You do have to take off the wheels to rivet these in place, and they come with the correct rivets. Strangely my car already had the holes for it so maybe all the cars are predrilled or it has previously had mudflaps installed, nonetheless these should be great for the winter and gravel roads!

Today I impressed a policeman.
Got stopped at an drink driving check point on my way home , was asked for my licence. I reached over and opened the glove box to get my licence from the secret squirrel card holder. The cop was bemused and went around the passenger side to see where I kept it. Turns out he has a v70 and never knew about that holder.
I wonder does everybody know about it ? The card holder on the underside of the airbag above where the pens go in the glove box.

Of course now it’s not so secret 🤐

Is that a KIWI market thing or not on the V70s?

Not just KIWI or V70. I found one in my P2 S60. Open the glove box, lay your hand flat, palm up. Feel the left upper corner of the opening. There is a holder there you can slide one, maybe two cards in and squirrel it away.

Did not find one on my P2 XC90, Nedcar S40 or my P80 C70.

Confirmed I have a card holder in 2001 V70. I also have the optional Dashboard cup holder. But it does not like large cups.

The dashboard cup holder is cool, but I'd almost prefer the cubby. The strength of the "clasps" seem to not agree with a lot of my chosen beverage sizes.

Most countries don't serve the ridiculous American sugar junkie sizes.
