BUT...Auctioneers notes: "NO CATALYTIC CONVERTER."
Bet that's why they donated it.
Do the V8 cars have two ? Could be a spendy fix.

Lotta miles, but not hateful looking otherwise.
Trailer hitch could be a concern. Towing is hard on the equipment.

Probably flex pipe/rear cat got removed after it broke, cost you around a grand to replace if you got the Magnaflow route.
MY11 is indeed a unicorn of sorts, this is an Executive which means cushy everything including massage seats. Has RSE, BLIS, Rear AC, and ABL. Needs a bunch of work for sure on the motor (above and beyond just a cat) and can see something is not good with FR tire so suspension needs some love but interior looks decent enough.
Very worst case is you drop in another used motor/transmission for a few thousand dollars and replace the front suspension. Maybe another 5-6 grand all in then you have a near perfect 2011 to run around in.
This whould be a tempting "clean-up" project vehicle in my opinion, sure it'll be gone fast to someone who either knows exactly what they're getting or has no idea. Would be interested to see where this ends up (all things considered).
