Some if the buyers comments are hilarious

“ what coolant was used to replace it”

Hmmm. You are bidding $5000 on a car and coolant is $25
I wouldn't be surprised if it goes way beyond that.

The only other place you would find a car like this is on cars.com or autotrader.com, forget CL. I watch them closely and 04 to 07 Volvo V70's with "low" miles and in decent shape go for 6 to 9k. At least that's what these dealers are asking. It's totally nuts out there.

One poster wanted to know if the tires had the popular nitrogen fill.
I've noticed that most folks asking the oddball questions don't ever have a dog in the fight, it's just auction gymnastics - or something like that. The people who go into low-earth orbit over cars that get sold for big money are the best; it's good that they're so concerned for other folks' money (not).

In Matt's back yard.
5 speed, listed as having leather, in the firm embrace of a dealer. Brave to no-reserve it, but with the used car market, it could be OK. The damage history isn't documented.

Yea, that looks like a winner. Not much rust here in CO, but the temp swings winter->summer, and even within one day, can be hard on everything plastic, leather or vinyl. UV is brutal.

Here's a new Volvo with popup headlights for $25K https://www.collectionbyvermant.be/en/cars/volvo-480es
