Hi there,
New to this forum. I have a 2008 XC90 3.2 FWD. It appears that info from Cilton and other manuals tells me all different spec.
I appreciate it if anyone here kindly provides me with details on torque spec.
- Torque on 2 carrier bolts that hold the passenger side axle shaft carrier bearing support bracket. (This is not the bolts that fasten carrier bearing anchorage against the engine.)
- Torque on 2 bolts (upper and lower bolts) that fasten the wheel spindle against strut. (2 Parts Torquing: Ft-lbs & Angle Torque)
- Torque on the Axle bolt.
Thank you
Sean

Here's the page from VIDA that lists the torques for the axle group, I didn't find the torque for the bearing cap 2 screws that contain the bearing. If the parts are clean and well mated, the torque by bolt size will have to do. I put a drop of blue loctite on mine. 20k miles and holding.
