I ran over a median and now my car makes this noise what is it? Could it be a shield rubbing against my drive shaft? Help me please.

My guess: most likely a bent exhaust bracket. Basically you got it right.
Right about in the middle of the car there is a large bracket underneath that "protects" the exhaust pipe. It is maybe the lowest hanging piece under the car, it bends downward like a shallow U shape. On an AWD the drive shaft to the rear sits above the exhaust. If the bracket gets bent then it pushes up the exhaust pipe which then hits the spinning drive shaft. Or a worse case is the driveshaft gets bent and ruined in the process of the initial hit. In either case, the faster you go the more frequent the scraping. It has been called the "exhaust bracket of death" because it is vulnerable and bending it is a good way to ruin the AWD.
Not good to keep driving it if this is the problem. If you put a phone camera under there with some light you should be able to see the bracket and if it is bent. If the driveshaft is already bent then removing the bent bracket won't help but would be worth a try.
Could be something less troublesome like a bent brake shield or one of the aluminum shields near the rear wheel drive shaft (propeller shaft or prop shaft) but you won't know without getting under there for a good look around.
Anyway, check that bracket ASAP.

Thank you so much! I hope it’s just a bent bracket. This car has been through a lot and always has been fixable, I hope this is the case this time as well! Cuz I don’t have a lot of money to spend on fixing it, hope it’s not more than a couple hundred….
