I have a 2002 S60. It has 5,500 miles on it. The "time for regular service" light came on. I do all my own service. How do you reset it? The dealer is no help but, they will do the service for a minimum of $90.00. I have tried the procedures posted for earlier models using the trip reset button, but it does not work on my particular year/model. I use a reset tool on my BMW. What is required on the Volvo?
Happy New Year

Ok, followed this procedure and the light does not reset. The trip miles come back but the message does not reset and there is no beep. I do have a mark in my thumb from holding the cheep button from the Ford parts bin down. If this is the correct procedure, then there must be a problem in the system. Any other suggestiond would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Robert
