Fluctuating electrical power?

I wonder if your voltage regulator isn't responding well to changing RPM and load. Mine is doesn't seem to be affected by anything I do and it hasn't happened for a few days now.

Did it again today...and I'm pretty sure that it also causes the engine to lose power. Today on my way to work, and at work just starting home, it feels like s slow shift. This happens at neighborhood/parking-lot speeds. At the gas station, I caught it once with the 850 OBD2 app on my phone and the voltage dropped to 12 volts, briefly.

I ordered a voltage regulator Saturday Afternoon. Hopefully, it's just a flakey regulator causing the issue.
