'94 940 Turbo stalling above 25 mph
My '94 940 turbo was stalling a year ago and problem was resolved after replacing all hoses associated with intercooler and turbo. Now the problem has returned at 150,000. Timing Belt was replaced at normal interval & battery is good. All idiots lights flash when it stumbles just before stalling. Local Volvo Certified service found no codes and could not find problem. It only happens about every 3-4 days but stalls in traffic which is scary and dangerous. I added a bottle of injector cleaner but hasn't helped. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Can the trottle body be cleaned on this model?

Sounds like it may be an electrical ground that's making (or rather, not making) contact at irregular intervals. In my opinion, the new hoses last year didn't solve it; the mechanics 'fixed' it temporarily by accident, whatever 'it' is...
My $.02's worth. Please let us know if you find out what it is. These kinds of problems are the most dangerous, as you know.
