It works on new Topic Solved but not the ones that where marked solved before the update.

I’ll look at it sometime over the weekend, time permitting. It should be a matter of creating a new topic, solving it, then comparing it vs a prior solved topic. I’ll look at the difference between those two rows in the phpbb_topics table and we’ll have our answer.

That's why you can't unSolve it... the post isn't yours. As far as I know, that behavior is correct, and unchanged from pre-update of Topic Solved extension.

Rick, can you look back on your posts to find a post that you Solved, and unSolve it to check that it's working for you?
My thoughts on this, assuming my take on the correct behavior of this extension are valid, is that it's not how I would have written the extension. I'd have made the owner of the Solved logic the topic author, not the first to Solve the topic. Maybe you agree.

Off topic a bit: here's to hoping Congress will get some strong Web anti-competitive legislation together to push content back out to smaller players like us. That would have the effect of re-invigorating open-source content software like phpBB, and we would see better options, ultimately. If you're wondering who exactly I'm thinking of that needs a good whack, I'm thinking of Facebook and Reddit. Google to some degree also... but that's in the advertising end of this scenario, not so much content.
If the example of Wal-Mart comes to mind, that's a perfect analogy. Wal-Mart crushed Mom n Pop stores for decades, leaving family-run businesses dead. It's very analogous to Facebook and Reddit. Because Congress did nothing to stop Wal-Mart, I don't have lots of hope.
