Steering wheel airbag change

Hi, i have a v70 2001 with the 3 spoke square logo airbag design, can i fit a 2003 airbag with the round logo?

They have different part numbers, but look the same just darker Colour and different logo design

Did you do this after the recall? If not just do a recall and they'll give you a new one for free.

No recall in Denmark, atleast not possible for me to get it..
just wondering cause the black an new logo is far better looking

So i was wondering if the different part numbers is the only difference

Car was born with 4 spoke wheel and airbag with square logo, just switched for a 2001 3 spoke and airbag

Hmm. The new replacement round logo that i got for my 06 is the exact same logo as the first, so it might be best to keep with the same model number. They kinda are actively making new airbags for the recall so it should be pretty new.

Im thinking the same, but a 03 in Denmark is pre facelift, same goes for radio design and so

So do you think i can replace the face or something?

The front piece that you touch? No. Just go to the dealer and get the right part #, then see if you can pull from the junk or get a new one from the dealer.
