2011 s60 t6 starting problems

125,200 miles. Stopped running about 6 months ago and since it was just a project car, I let it sit until recently. Replaced the battery, had a hard time starting but finally did. Let it run for a bit and then shut it off. Did this for a couple of days and then came out last weekend and tried to start it and it would turn over but not fire. Fuel pump engages, fuel getting to the motor. Checked the MAF, disconnected it, still doing it. Put everything back together, tried 3 more times and on the third time it started up again. Let it idle for about an hour, drove it a few miles with no issues and let it idle for another hour. Turned it off for a couple of hours and then came back to start it again, same issue. Will turn over, but not fire. Disconnected the battery again and reconnected to make sure it has a good ground, still nothing. No engine lights when it was running. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
