help please

just replaced both axles, control arms, sway bar links, and inner and outer tie rods. Now there is a thumping noise when i put the car in drive and it gets louder as i go faster. thought it maybe the tires or a rim but i rotated the tires and the sound is still there.now i have jacked the front up and put it on jack stands and put it in drive the sound is still there. cant hear it outside the car but its really loud in the car. and it only happens in drive or reverse not in park. Can it be the transmission? i have a 2008 volvo s40 t5
