Thick as toast, muscular as Krissprols, and the feeling of being bent into a sort of light all-terrain tyre for drifting mountain bikes.
3 times a week, to begin, but quickly the impression it was not enough... December the 17, clearly my mind won over my body. Since, i go each day for an hour and half, with some abs exercises. I've changed my meals habits,thrown away chips, sodas, chocolate etc... I don't use doping products, and go to search proteins in food, eggs.
I start to win weight, good one i mean.
