Replacing AC compressor - Do I need to add oil? Topic is solved

OK, I am finally able to work on this. When I pulled the old compressor it had no oil in it. The new one has 125ml. The whole system calls for 200ml. (it is also stamped on the old compressor). Do I need to add all 200ml?
The shop did not flush, and just evacuated the refrigerant telling me it was not necessary since I am replacing the condenser and receiver drier. The system did not have a leak. Was the oil pulled from the compressor when evacuated?
I know at a minimum I need to add 130ml....70 for the compressor, and 30 x 2 for condenser and drier (see in bold below from PDF). Also, do I add it all via the suction port (low pressure) a little at a time, or do I need to add 30 in the condenser and 30 in the receiver drier?

Oil return when replacing compressor:
Drained oil Filling with oil
≥ 70 cm³ oil Replace the drained oil volume with the same amount that was drained from the old compressor.
< 70 cm³ oil Fill with 70 cm³ of oil.

Receiver drier 30 cm³
Evaporator 50cm³
Condenser 30 cm³
Tube 10 cm³
Hose 10 cm³

Appreciate any help! I already swapped the condenser and receiver drier, so all I have left to do is fill with oil and install the compressor. Thank you all!

I ended up adding all 200ml to the compressor (from empty) after checking with the shop doing the refilling. They just finished it and it is working great. It was $125 for the evac/refil. Parts were about $300 so In total about $425. Not bad at all.
