It is dangerous when these come up for sale near you. We are lucky as most are rot boxes up here so not worth wasting time going to look at them!

That is only worth scrap value. Always annoys me when they seem to avoid showing how crappy the front seats are, especially as this car would be scrapped by insurance companies.

For anyone in the market for crappy front seat...passenger seat seam split as a bonus.

This one has quite a laundry list of needed fixes, I give them credit for the full disclosure.

Good price for the year and mileage. Looked very clean. We have an 04 S60R for sale up here for slightly more, no history and only about 90,000 miles. Forgot to add, the owner didn't like it when I asked for where it was serviced and the history. Would not return my e-mails after that!

Forgot to add, the owner didn't like it when I asked for where it was serviced and the history. Would not return my e-mails after that!

I just love mystery cars and belligerent sellers.

I went to a big Dodge dealer in Seattle to drive and buy a cinnamon brown 245T wagon. Nice shape, low miles, asked questions, they were evasive, which made me nervous. Can I call the person who traded it in? "No." Can I see the maintenance records? "Hang on, let me see what we can do."

So after I drove this car, they sat me in a cubicle and made me wait. Someone else came in, drove it, and bought it from under me. I said What the hell's going on? They said to my face, "We don't make any money selling cars, we make money on extended warranty contracts. We don't want people to know anything about the car, we toss the records."
