2004 S80 AWD Reduced Engine Performance

I have a 2004 S80 2.5T AWD. I started getting the Reduced Engine Performance message and the car shaking typical symptoms of a Volvo. However when turning off the car and letting it sit for a little bit, no issues. I noticed that it happens when I go over high bump speed bumps a little too fast here in Chicago. Obviously, it's some loose wire or connection. Does anyone know what would trigger this message?
