What is this? Part number 9494667

This is called a "Wiring Harness. Auto.TRANS. Cooling Fan. Engine Compartment. Fuse Cable."

It is mounted on the LHS of the radiator surround near the upper coolant hose and connects into the fan wiring. What is it's function. I have a spare and want to label it for the future in the stash!

I think it is only used on 99-00 P80's.

LHS or RHS?

Yes I forgot to add when viewed from the front. Technically it is on the RHS when viewed from the driver's seat.
