Volkswagen ‘Half-track Fox’, 1962. A T1 converted with four axles – two of them fitted with a chain drive mechanism and two steering the vehicle using double tyres, that was created for its Austrian owner. The unique vehicle was recently restored by VWCV Classic Vehicles. The T1 was powered by a standard 1,192cc 34 PS flat 4 engine giving the Half-track Fox a top speed of 35 km/h, slightly slower than the animal from which it got its name.

Sort of a big step for me - the body is all on jack stands, not the rear axle. The yellow stands were under the axle and now it's hanging. So 4 big trailing arm bolts, and the "trunnion bar" to diff bolt, and the axle is coming off. Shocks are loose, brake hose cut, parking brake disconnected, driveshaft off. You can see the new axle on the floor to the right.
With all that and no fuel tank, the back is pretty light. I added some weight in the trunk so it doesn't want to teeter-totter on the forward stands (behind the engine). I have to be under there for quite a while - axle out, make new brake and fuel lines, transmission out, back in, shoving and jostling....
I may get two taller stands for this, as you can see I have the silver ones on some flat 1x6 and that makes me a little nervous. They're all 3 tons each (and not from HF), but that doesn't make them any more stable.
See where I wiped the dust off the fender with a wet cloth? That's the color it's supposed to be!

I just found this - My son working on our father-son disaster of a Range Rover. 180,000 hard miles, everything worn out, corrosion from steel to aluminum joints, and an electronics mess. My only experience touching devices from Lucas. He loved that car, but sheesh trying to keep it running.....
But it could go anywhere, impressive. It had "Old Man Emu" 2" lift springs and shocks.

Your 2022 Le Mans 24 race report:
A red and white car came in first, for the 5th year in a row. Another red and white one was second. Some other bright colored cars won other classes. In the GT class, the yellow Corvettes looked like a sure thing, but the first one broke a rear suspension piece and essentially shook itself to death. The other one was punted into a guardrail by a passing prototype and was demolished. A Porsche 911 RSR blew a front tire at high speed and tore the whole front of the car off. The other factory 911 RSR won in GT.

Beautiful car ! I love those taillights.
You do the same as I do; stuff wheels under the car, just in case.
I've noticed on at least one of the car building shows that they use 2 x 4's overlapped and stacked / nailed together in a 16" square that is maybe 18" - 24" high. They put one of those under each wheel, and end up with some pretty good clearance.
But that's for work with the wheels on. I'm thinking of building some for when I do my exhaust.
Try to learn life's bad lessons vicariously through others.
