Misfire on cylinder 1, changed plugs, but runs rough still. Codes still keeps coming up. Ordered o2 sensor before catalytic convert. Do I need to replace converter as well?

Welcome to MVS. I know you've ordered parts but really, you need to have your trouble codes read through your OBD2 port (any auto parts store can do this for you) again and write them all down. Just because you get a 02 code this doesn't necessarily mean that they are bad....could be as simple as vacuum hose leaks...or it could also be a MAF sensor or a bad ignition coil at one of your spark plugs.

I would go with the ignition coil first. After normal service and oil changes, ignition coils are the most replaced part that I see on V70. Don't be surprised if some of the other coils start to give you trouble in the next year.

I had this issue previously, misfire on Cylinder 1 and O2 sensor problems. Switch the IGNITION COILS and see still OBD II will still show CYLINDER 1 or NOT.

If OBD II shows different CYLINDER NUMBER, then it is your IGNITION COIL. After switching the IGNITION COIL, if OBD II still shows the same CYLINDER 1, then you may want to check into O2 sensor.

Please ensure ALL PLUGS are NEW so that the issue is NOT from Spark Plugs.
