97 v90 fuel pump removal

I am working on removing a fuel pump from a 97 v90 . I have got three of the hoses lose and am unsure how to disconnect the electrical connection on the top of the pump. It is stuck fast, I would assume that it just plugs in. Also the rubber elbow connection rear of the electrical connection, does that pull straight up or do I need a tool to get it off.
