I talked with Robert earlier today about a parts search I had asked him about, and he mentioned he had some concerns about his wife Dianne's health; he had brought her to the VA hospital in Las Vegas (Robert is a Disabled Veteran; we chat about our challenges with the VA helathcare system.)
He has just posted a message on his Patreon account saying his plans are on hold for the moment while he cares for her.

While they have moved Dianne out of the CCU, that looks more like an administrative action, as opposed to an improvement in her condition. In a text exchange with Robert early this morning, I sense frustration on his part from the lack of a clear treatment path from the hospital.

Dianne is now intubated, on a ventilator, and had pneumonia.

Dianne is in an induced coma, on a ventilator, and in kidney failure. A transfer from Nellis AFB medical center to a larger hospital was scheduled, but as of Robert's update late last night, had not occurred.
Daughter Elizabeth has arrived from Cincinnati; this is looking grim.

This looks a lot like end-stage care.
