He's been making useful videos for years, fixing his own Volvos (850 mostly I believe). Then he started traveling to help people with their projects / repairs. Then I think that turned into regional loops, where he has several repairs linked together in one area he can get to.
I was unaware he was taking his wife along and caring for her.
He's quite a guy.

A lot of his travel work is lined up in advance - sometimes well in advance - and his specialty is manual conversions. I think he's done four or 5 this trip alone. He has done a couple of revivals of long dormant cars on this trip as well. Dianne has early-onset dementia, and has traveled with him for several years now. She enjoys the road trips, and likes having Robert with her every evening for dinner.

Dianne is now intubated, on a ventilator, and has pneumonia. Robert is increasingly frustrated by the lack of progress in her care.

Robert has posted a brief message about the current situation.
Dianne was transferred to a larger facility in Las Vegas two days ago. She is on a ventilator and unresponsive. Daughter Elisabeth is there with Robert, who is understandably not doing well.
This looks a lot like it is end stage organ failure.
