Bad bearing noise and vibration under drivers feet at 30mph and up

I’m certain the axle is fully seated. Same vibration with new axle and bearing. I will replace the right side parts arrive Wednesday

Glad to report that the vibration is finally resolved,it was the right side wheel hub or the right axle,Both parts seemed to be fine turning them by hand,all the vibration was felt on the drivers side under floor.Very humbling to have mis diagnosed problem and starting working on the opposite side.All is happy now,will have to service the rear diff and haldex unit now that the front is freshened up.The parts cannon is completely out of ammo

Both axles and wheel hubs replaced,new angle gear coupling and transfer case,good used unit off of lower mileage vehicle.Mne was still functional but the splines were almost trashed after 196K miles

Glad to hear that your car is happy again! You can chalk it up to most of those parts you replaced are probably near their end of service anyway, and you fixed the angle gear before it failed and before winter.

Thank you for following up and letting us know what the result was. Too many times the original poster just disappears when they find the issue. It’s when folks follow up and post successes is when the collective knowledge grows. Eventually someone will find this thread on a search and be REALLY happy you did.
