Wastegate question

Post by Sveedy »

So do I need to change the actuator rod on the wastegate when switching from a straight exhaust flange to a angled flange ?
I have measured from the mountong base to the pivot post on both flanges, as well as their elevation, and I don't see any difference.
So am I good to go with my straight rod ?

I've not done it but AFAIK, there is no need to change the rod just swap the flange and go.
