Coolant tank - why so many baffles inside it? (refill rant)

That's the ECU box; there is also a TCU in there. That duct hole/duct (duct is missing on your car) exhausts the cabin air that is used to cool the ECU and TCU. Might want to reinstate it e.g. from a junkyard item if you can find it.

Yea that's what it looks like. Now if I can also remove that air handling box to the front, I can get to the stupid windshield washer filter - the tube on the bottom requires some access to pull off & especially to replace. Why does it have TWO tube out the top, that are just vented? I can understand one so the piston can move, but two ?
