2002 S60

Please help!!!
I have a 2002 S60, 148,000 miles. Bought it about 6mths ago. Ran absolutely great until 2 days ago..I pulled into a parking lot and heard a slight pop and then she died. Atleast first I thought I was out of gas(gas gauge can't trust it so I've been doing the milage thing). I walked to the gas station 3 times and put in 7 gallons of gas. Still wouldn't start, so had it towed to my house.
I've checked fuses, checked for spark, checked starter, checked all the main relays.. all good and have power. Checked all the grounds, checked to make sure the fuel pump was kicking on, changed the spark plugs,
Isnt throwing any codes...
I've cycled the key 5 times n then tried to start it...just cranks n cranks...then when I turn the key back to #1..n then back to #2 and tty starting it again..It doesn't even wanna crank then.., I've done everything I can think of...
Please please help...my daughter's 10th birthday is this week and I need to get up to stores that are 45+mins away...
Please give me any advice that you can possibly think of..
Thank you for your time

.

Could be the timing belt. Unfortunately if it is and you've crank it a few times it could have bent a valve or two. Watch the first 1:15 minutes of this video. Remove the two Torx screws without all the other items if possible and check the belt.

Try a different key. Might be immobilizer ? Do a full reset, disconnect negative lead, wait 10 min, then insert key into pos 2, reconnect negative lead and everything should be reinitialized. On the right side of the fuel rail there is a scraeder valve. Remove the cap, put a rag on the end of a screwdriver and depress that valve. Did gas come out?

Let it sit overnight without cranking it, after I did my PCV system I flooded my engine cranking the hell out of it. It fired right up the next day.

Just taking shots in the dark here.

Lots of members in MA here, check the support thread maybe someone near you has VIDA and enough knowledge to help you out. viewtopic.php?f=4&p=605920

Much of my time during the job is spent hauling things up and down the stairs to the basement or in and out of the storage shed, or running back downstairs when I realize I need something else,or taking a break from standing out in the sun,or using flashlights or work lamps when it gets dark.

Is it turbo? Turbo engine may pop up the intercooler-to-throttle pipe if it was torqued inadequately in one of previous repairs. The engine will continue to work unless boost demand is commanded, however it will not be able to start the next time. Or start and die right away.
