WTB: Steering Wheel for 97 850

My brother who has just moved from CA to CO, has asked for help finding a steering wheel for is daughters 97 850 NA. The CA sunshine apparently has really done a number on the material and it is breaking up and crumbling away. We have one in a local junkyard but it was worn through and junk, so I have no access to one.

Does anyone have one kicking around that is in good (perfect would be nice

) that they are willing to part with and ship to CO?
Let me know what you have and we can figure out price and shipping.

I had a thread on that and one respondent says they are, but it may have to be a 98 with wiring changes. If I have room in my case to CO next week I can throw the spare in there and compare when I get there. Looking at pictures the shape of the airbag is different. I don't have a spare airbag to match the wheel and somehow I think the airline may take exception to trying to board with one!

Are you licensed to move explosives across country??

I had a look on flEBay and there are a few cheaper options in the US. I can look at that next week when in CO. If I was sure that the wheels were compatible then I would take you up on the option. I don't know if the airbag fitment is compatible or the turn signal units are the same for operation.

Turn signals will be the same. its just splines and the airbag connector to worry about.
