As I’ve aged , I’ve learned most history I was taught was at least hellaciously incomplete, and at worst downright deceitful.
Ken Burns’ US and the Holocaust will make you feel a lot less comfortable about our 1920-30s than we are now.
We were the inspiration for Mein Kampf, written in a jail cell by an Austrian in 1923-25who went on to cause a lot of havoc from 1939-1945
