Rattling/Grinding Noises

I have a 2013 S50 T5 AWD with 76k. Recently, I have noticed the car makes weird rattling and grinding noises. The noises only present when the car is at operating temperature.

A metallic rattling noise occurs when braking, especially as the car is coming to a stop. It's worth noting that this noise does not occur when I'm rolling in neutral and bring the car to a stop from a roll at any speed. It seems to come from the driver's.

A grinding noise occurs under acceleration. The noise stops if I let off the gas and coast. It doesn't seem to change with vehicle speed. The noise does get louder if I'm accelerating or maintaining speed and go over a dip in the road.

I've checked the ball joints, tie rods and hub bearings and there is no play. All three rubber torque mounts look good as well. The motor mounts look like they are sagging a bit, but I can't tell if they are leaking. The car was detailed before I got it so any evidence of leaky motor mounts may have been cleaned away.
