1) I need help translating the foreign language thank you!
2) Robert has a video on testing the ambient temp sensor so will do that in a couple of days. Found a spot for the passenger side temp sensor on the splash guard so installed it there rather than the frame, which is where it was first found. Are there more than 2 temp sensors on the exterior?
3) Have driven the car till all the drive cycle lights are green except for the EVA. Would that be related to any of the lights?

Nope, there is only 2 external ambient temp sensors. One is as you mention which is for the engine ambient air temperature reading, and the other one in the lower LHF grille is for the exterior temperature display on the dash LCD readout.
As to what your readout is giving you above, I have no idea. If the sensor is bad, you could try swapping it for the other one for the dash exterior temp display and see if it clears the issue. I seem to recall they are the same part.

Thanks Neil. Per my post on the P1113 code I saw you mentioned on Oct 11 to swap them. Was hoping there was a 3rd and defective. Swapping didn't make a difference. I will post again here what I think may have been the P1113 problem. Not sure how a piece of wire could go missing like that? No more P1113 for now and hope it'll stay that way.

That wire looks like it has been fused and melted. Something must have caused a short or physically burnt it!

The P1113 did not come back today!
P1672 +5V Power Supply is the only code remaining. After reading a bunch of different things online I'm thinking it's either the CVVT Solenoid or the shrunken oil pan gasket. The oil pressure not being consistent is suppose to cause the P1672 code.
I do hear the intermittent loud tick and had one experience with the oil light flickering though not in quite a few day after the oil change. Put STP oil conditioner with sealer and then found a partial bottle of AT-205 and added that also. Will see if the ticking goes away as the oil pan seals begin rejuvenate / swell.
Remove the Solenoid and it tested fine. Decided to flood it with carb cleaner and ran the solenoid about 50 times for cleaning. PB Blaster was use next for running the solenoid and is currently soaking with it overnight.

What kind of Volvo plug is this and is it worn? Is it normal for the wire loom to dry to a crisp? I vacuum it all up.

That’s the right plug for an NA Volvo, three point ground electrode. It’s a high compression motor.
Hard to see if they are worn as you can’t gap them. Look carefully to see if the edges of the electrode are square
Those looms do cook but are easily replaced or wrapped

The electrodes are definitely not square and weren't really tight / torqued. FCP has some Bosch on clearance for under $4 each so ordered a new set. Will go ahead and re-wrap those. Thanks.

Oil and filter changed.
Transmission fluid exchange 3.5 quarts
Power steering fluid exchanged
Brake flush next, brake work if any then off to suspension though driving straight and no issues
1) Bosch Plugs - Car runs smoother and quieter.
2) Cabin Air Filter (Charcoal) - Very disappointed with Meyle from FCP. An eBay equivalent generic charcoal filter Made In Taiwan.
3) Bosch Air Filter - Worst than Meyle. Half the thickness and Made In China vs Volvo Sweden. Same source as some eBay generic again. Bosch box was suppose to fit a full filter like the Volvo unit removed from the car.
4) CVVT Solenoid Gasket - No leaks.
Still one last code to deal with and will probably run even smoother. It's most likely related to the tick noise after reaching operating temperature. Code P1672 gone but enough still to cause the P1671 now. Need to replace the O-rings in the pan regardless.
