Incorrect.Nothing as your ECU are married by vin number.
What year V70R and V70T5 are we talking about here? If it's a '98, sure, it'll work, but don't expect a huge difference. The v70R only has 4 more HP than the V70T5. There was a bigger difference between the 850T5 and 850R.
If it is a 1999 or later, no.
Honestly, either way, you'd be better off going with a tune if you're looking for more power.

If it's a 98 it will work and give you maybe 3-4 HP, period
