I wear the glove works nitrile under heavy work gloves so they don’t get ripped but keep your hands clean too
In winter the nitriles keep your hands dry, too

Depending on the job (if I use some at all) I use plain nitril gloves (for liquids), or the "MaxiFlex Ultimate" (from amazon.de). They are rather expensive, but the best I ever tried. They also hold up much longer than any other I used, so the price is not that bad acutally.
