When the radiator starts to leak/crack there, your first points to check are your upper and lower torque rod bushes but more importantly the crank pulley mount. When that one fails, the engine moves a lot more on that side and puts more strain on the top water hose area.

I would JB Weld it and check those mounts. Then plan for a replacement radiator when you can.

Finally got myself to put the carpet back in the V70 after the heater core leak in.... May I think

The insulation under the carpet was damaged so I had to patch it using some from the parts car C70

Also got the oil pressure gauge installed properly

It's clean until you see the back of the gauge, I didnt want to remove the vent door so I had to bend/cut a few things :? At least I felt like a pro when using a grommet for the wires 8)

I've used a VDO sensor that has the right thread to bolt straight in place of the stock sensor. It comes with a low pressure contact so I was able to keep the dashboard light working as factory

Swapped out a crusty downpipe on my wife's GLT and added an additional resonator to the system.

The current system (aside from the old 3" DP) was stainless. Just a fairly low-grade, evidently. The pipe cleaned up just fine for welding, and wasn't pitted at all.

Went to pick up the new license plate.... I'll get it screwed down shortly. I'm trying to decide how. I may buy new stainless nuts, or I may just coat the threads with either anti-seize, or lanolin spray.

So are you working with an IPD cat back ( I guess now turbo back ) or the stock system ? I've seen 4" x 12" aftermarket resonators and was thinking about adding one to my IPD system, but I've kind of gotten used to (ok I like it) it now.
