I have to replace the MAF on my 850 1995. I don't see OEM Bosch available anymore anywhere. What shall i take : Valeo ? Quinton Hazel ?

I'm seeing the Volvo part going for $282 at some US dealers, also US ebay has some for $180, but there are no pictures of the Bosch box, so probably "rebuilt".

Check your part # on old Maf.
It isn't the same for Jetronic and Motronic managements!
The one you listed...Bosch 0 280 217 107 is for Motronic 4.3 & 4.4 managements.
Your car should have old style and different part # Maf.They are NOT interchangeable.
O2 sensors are different too.
