I had the chance to be driven in a 2010 E-Class Merc but I passed the opportunity. I would've had a fairly nice comparison of ride quality, although the age gap is greater and it was also on air suspension.

Which begs the question of why Volvo never added air suspension on their cars and I mean true air suspension not the FourC thingy. Which brings me to another question, why the S80 did not feature way more luxurious interior and features compared to the S60, like how it is with Audi's A6 and A8 D3. Different beasts.

Volvo doesnt play in the same league as Audi
