2006 Xc90 2.5t

I don't know where to start! The other morning when I was leaving for work, I noticed a small puddle under my car, honestly I was in a rush to get to work so I didn't give it a second thought. Then as I'm driving, I notice my thermostat gage has not moved to operating temperature. I then start to smell coolant, and as I'm pulling over, it starts steaming. After a bit, I lifted the hood and noticed the outlet radiator hose had come off. I filled it with coolant, got the hose back on, and drove it back home. The gage still did not move. When I got home and got out I could hear it hissing and then started leaking front passenger side. I do believe my heater ore is bad, but could my heater core cause this? Any help or advice would be much appreciated!! I have a 2006 XC90 2.5t with about 200,000 miles.
