I saw a Chevrolet Colorado mid size truck today. The rear door looked very similar.

They do a lot of testing in the mid-west around Detroit. Not sure why a Japanese manufacturer would test them there.

It does have a bit of a Nissan Navara look, interesting though because Nissan just redid the Frontier. They sell the Navara in Mexico if I recall right so not unheard of to see them in southern US.

Agree with the others…looking at the Chevy Colorado appears the rear door window and cab/box line is pretty similar. Looks to be a front end and tailgate refresh by the camouflage.

The first car is a Dodge V Eight. Late 40's? I cheated and enlarged the image of the hood emblem. There is also a model name on the fender, but it is broken and I can't identify it.
The second car might be a Chevrolet of the same era.

Yeah, I searched for pics from 1948 up, and it could be around 1953 from that grille / hood / snout / roof shape.

Coronet V8?

The second car missing it's front sheet metal could be around a 1941 Buick straight eight equipped car. Really better pictures would have been helpful. June
