Re: windshield washer pump-where to buy

Checked the fuses. On an 04 wagon, #10 in the engine compartment is tailgate washer. #16 is windshield washer and headlight washer / wiper.

My #10 is burned, ah ha (?). The #16 is fine. I changed the #10 with a spare, and still no washers front or back.

So that leads me back to pump. Unless there’s a Y in the tubing, I don’t see front and back getting clogged at the same time. I’ll have to crawl underneath.

Thanks to cn90 in the other thread with detailed pics of the different pump combos.

The fuse may have been burned bc of a short inside the washer pump.
After that, the pump short-cuit might have been burned, so no longer had a short,
thus the new fuse seems OK.
