Checked the fuses. On an 04 wagon, #10 in the engine compartment is tailgate washer. #16 is windshield washer and headlight washer / wiper.
My #10 is burned, ah ha (?). The #16 is fine. I changed the #10 with a spare, and still no washers front or back.
So that leads me back to pump. Unless there’s a Y in the tubing, I don’t see front and back getting clogged at the same time. I’ll have to crawl underneath.

The fuse may have been burned bc of a short inside the washer pump.
After that, the pump short-cuit might have been burned, so no longer had a short,
thus the new fuse seems OK.
