Hello
Is somebody installed N/A camshafts to these "newer" T5 engins with VVT?
At 850 that is common.
Is it possible?
Mk2 B5254t3 and n/a cams?

Very unlikely that is going to work. The seals, etc are different on the pulley side of things. AT least not without a bunch of custom machining work.
Also, I don't think there is much, if any gain in lift, etc.
The stock Volvo 850 turbo cams are pretty anemic, which is why the NA cams help there. The later RN cams are nowhere near as bad.
(There is a comparison of some of the cams on VolvoSpeed, but the forum is all screwed up and the search isn't working.)

However now that I notice the t3 is the Ford changed version, right? Perhaps they introduced changes which makes this swap not as easy.

Ah, yeah. You would want to look at the cam specs and check the seals, etc on the pulley end before you would want to move forward.
I have some of the cam specs from the B5244T3 and the P2R cams at home (01-02 LPT RN engine), but nothing later.
