2001 V70 2.4T

Just received word that my V70 has a cracked block .

Has nearly new Michelin tires, xnsmission replaced, w/ software upgrade, two-three years ago.

As I'm on a (low!) fixed income, need to know how much to ask for this 23 yr. Old pita.

No other probs cept front passenger door electronics.

Really depends on condition. I bought my 02 S60 2.4T a few years ago for $1500. While it ran ok, cosmetically it had some minor body damage, interior damage and check engine light. Overall it cleaned up well but so needed to put on all new front suspension, CV shafts and cleanup the interior/exterior.

If very clean you could maybe get $2000 from a knowledgeable Volvo person, but for a fast sale likely closer to $500-$1000 in my opinion.

I got $400 for my rusted 91 GMC Safari cargo van at the metal recycler. I drove it there and got rid of other metal stuff by just throwing it in the back. Not sure how much a wagon brings.

maybe check out used engines. erie volvo.
